All of the properties in London are available for a rating & review, so please share your experiences for others.
bpares, with your recent stay, feel free to leave a rating and review for the London Marriott Hotel Kensington.
Thanks for the question, and glad you enjoyed your stays in London, Here's some thoughts on my experiences:
County Hall: Agree with Nanaglo, especially for "First timers" and if you can get in here on points will save greatly on seeing London. You have so much within walking distance, The Big Red Bus, and Waterloo Station are close as well. This is a classy and friendly place with a fine CL.
Grosvenor locations, about one mile away, and also beautiful, depending on your needs. Hyde Park is wonderful. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and more. Rooms are very nice, but remember, as in most properties London are historic in age.
Marble Arch, Kensington, Madre: Places to stay on points when you can't do better, or they have a special rate. They are just not as easy to use for what most tourists want to do.
Airport properties, are just that, maybe places to stay the night before you leave on a very early flight. Sometimes, it still is not worth it to pack/unpack, verses just getting a taxi.
bpares, there will be a lot of good recommendations for you and I hope the MI's that live in London will share some of their thoughts!
