Spirit to Serve - Shelly Booker (London Kensington Marriott)

I am a frequent business traveller and have come across thousands of Marriott Associates over my years and I have to tell you that you have a wonderful associate in Shelly Booker who is the Asst Front Office Manager at the London Kensington Marriott. Shelly was so attentive to my needs and went out of her way to accomodate a travel change which required a couple more nights of lodging. Not only was Shelly courteous, but was just a joy to work with. Please accept my gratitude and thanks to Shelly for a job well done!
