Is it possible to merge "his and hers" accounts of a married couple into one account (now that we are retired), and keep the lower account number?

Thanks!

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)

Membership in the Marriott Rewards program is based on individual travel.  Elite status and any accompanying benefits are determined by personal nights stayed. Two members may not share a Marriott Rewards account, but have the option to transfer points from one account to another at the time of ordering a reward.
