You will find it a very easy process. good luck. It appears you will have found that you earned Lifetime Platinum.
NathalieF Andy, I think we have something strange going on since the update. I think it was someone else who made a couple of the postings above. The one just up a few with "8675309 I got it ..." was here earlier, but posted by someone else I'm pretty sure. Now it shows by painedplatinum. Did the upgrade cause some corruption?
It sounds like painedplatinum may have been using a shared computer? Feel free to send me a direct message with specifics and we can look into your account. There was nothing with the release last week that would change authors for a post.

Once you have met the criteria to be Lifetime Platinum, your account would default to Lifetime Platinum whenever you fail to meet the criteria for Platinum Premier.
