Fairfield Inn Orlando

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn at Seaworld (on International Drive) last weekend. The location was packed (President's day weekend). Although not greeted as a Platinum member (or at all as an elite guest), the hotel staff did an excellent job of keeping the place moving. No hangup at check-in. The breakfast area has improved immensely since my last stay there. They had staff to clean tables immediately when people left; the food was well stocked and re-stocked; the cleaning staff was very efficient.

I would recommend this hotel (it sits in a complex alongside a Spring Hill Suites) if staying in the Orlando area. It has easy access to most attractions as it is centrally located to Disney and Universal and very close to Seaworld. It is on International Drive, but if you know the area, it is easy to get to many places because there are easy cutover roads from this location (with not a lot of traffic) that can be used to get places (Turkey Lake Road; Vineland Ave, etc.).

Good stuff, tef.  A good stay makes for a much better trip overall.  With all the guests and constant turnover, it's definitely appreciated when the hotel staff can keep up with the pace.
