I stay at least six times a year at the University Park Marriott in Salt Lake City, UT. Jim, on the concierge level, is an asset to the Marriott. He is welcoming to guests, warm and funny, and always eager to please with orders from the restaurant / information on the local area etc. Recently I learned he'd been working double shifts, but his enthusiasm and excellent customer service was still stellar. Employees like this always make a hotel stay a little more special!
