I would like to commend and personally thank a Marriott Associate, Mel. G. , for the manner in which we were helped with the crediting of our nights' stays to qualify for last fall's bonus. Mel initally told us we did not qualify, and as we missed by one night, we were disappointed. Mel looked into it further for us and dug deep, actually finding another stay for which we had not recieved credit, and which gave us enough nights to qualify for the bonus.
This is yet one more reason my wife and I have remained loyal to Marriott. Thanks VERY MUCH for all of your help!
