In November of 2011, my husband and I traveled to Birmingham, England for the first time. We stayed at the Forest of Arden Hotel. We had the absolute best service of anywhere we have ever traveled. The concierge, Phillip T. absolutely went out of his way to make sure we had the best time ever, even checking to make sure we returned to the hotel safely in the evening. Upon our return to the US, we contacted Marriott to make sure they knew what a wonderful experience this was for us and we immediately received a response from Marriott headquarters and also the Manager of the Forest of Arden. We have decided to return to the Forest of Arden in February 2012 and one of the giggest reasons is the wonderful treatment we received. Since planning our return, the manager, Andrew D., has went out of his way to ensure that our upcoming trip is just as spectacular. For this reason, we want to nominate both Phillip T.
