I believe Deczle, Team Leader at the Manila Marriot is a fabulous example of customer focus and dedication. It's really hard being so far from home sometimes and Deczle makes us feel right at home. Not only is he always upbeat, personal and professional but his team follows suit. Because of him my stay is always so much better!! If there is something you want but don't see, all you have to do is ask and he will do his best to get it for you! The restaurant is always efficient, clean and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere because of his leadership!! One of the reasons I look forward to returning to the Philippines and Marriot is Deczle! He deserves this award and so much more for always going above and beyond!!
