Our first trip to Madrid, we stayed at the AC Carlton. We were handled very graciously and competently at the front desk by Srta. Mayte G. She made sure we were happy and helped with orientation to Madrid. We were so grateful for her help, we gave her flowers and commended her to her General Manager. Her English is very, very good which helped us - she gave all the directions we needed, what to see, where to shop, how to get around. Plus we encountered her on the street after work and with her big smile, asked how our sightseeing was going. It's because of gracious, helpful associates like Mayte that we are loyal Marriott customers.
