Missing points and change my earning preferences

I recently stayed 4 nights at Waikoloa Marriott resort & spa in Hawaii.

But I forgot to claim for the reward points while staying at the hotel.

Now, because I am also a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, how do I claim these points? How can I credit these reward points into my Qantas frequent flyer points?

Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

With thanks, Jim

    Greetings jimlow

If you would like to switch from earning points to miles, you can change your earning preference within the Member Profile section of your Marriott Rewards My Account. You'll need your frequently flyer number for Qantas. Then you can submit a "missing stay request form" from the Account Activity section of My Account.

    Safe travels!
