How can I change my Insiders' username?

We are only able to honor requests to change usernames in circumstances where a member inadvertantly creates their account using their full name or email address as their username.

 

If you're username meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  • Search for the availability of your desired username at http://www.rewards-insiders.marriott.com/people
  • Once you have confirmed your desired username is not already in use, send it to the Community Manager in a direct message and explain your request.

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)
