I booked via the Marriott site a 5 day stay @ Renaissance La Concha in San Juan, PR for 8/13 thru 8/18, 2011. My points and nights have never been posted to my account. I faxed my bill, emailed it, called customer svc -still nothing - help!
I had the same experience with a stay in Hawaii. My advice is to BE PERSISTENT! I called the gold customer service line DAILY until I spoke with a rep who actually had me send a new fax of the bill and made the change as we spoke. Keep callng until you get results!
