I stayed at a Residence Inn from 2/2009 to 4/2011. I made the reservation, but we initially put my partner's credit card on the account, then changed it to my credit card. Now no one has any points? How to fix this?
Who has the MR account? It should go on that account no matter who paid for it. But you're going to need to produce a folio or request one from the Residence Inn. Then call, depending on who is the member, it can presumably be credited. If you are both MR members, it seems like it could get complicated, so just call Marriott Rewards line.
