I agree. When a stay is completed at a location, you should be able to go (or get a link sent to you) to the hotel site, and enter your confirmation number (with alternate ways to look it up in case you don't have it handy), then be able to fill out a survey that required a response from the hotel (even to respond to a good review with a compliment). Then you should be able to rate the hotel in each of several important categories.
Hi, daytonadick. I'm not sure if Andy has posted this yet but we actually will be piloting ratings & reviews in the coming weeks! For about 290 hotels you'll have the ability to give a star rating & accompanying review. Assuming it works well and people like it, we'll roll it out to all Marriott hotels worldwide. Eventually we hope to figure out how to integrate these ratings & reviews with Marriott.com, in places like your recent stays or post-stay emails you may receive.
