lakeshore how was the trip? Were you required to reserve two rooms because you were over the hotel limit of 4 per room? The reason I ask is because I too have a 3 kids all under the age of 8 and two rooms isn't an option for us right now. When their older I'll feel more comforable with them having their own room, but right now I would rather us all be in a room instead of splitting up my wife and I.
HI! We haven't yet gone. Had a few othertrips come up, so this trip will most likely take place in the fall. I will let you know about rooms. Right now, my 3 boys are all sleeping in the bottom bunk(a full size bed) together, as the little guy just moved out of his crib. So, I am praying I am not going to have to go through alot of hassle to just be in one room. I remember when I was growing up, a trip to the best western an hour and a half away for one night was the oat awesome vacation ever...and we were a family of 6.went one cared if we slept on the floor...we were just thankful to be able to be on a vacation, and the hotel was justhappy to have us as customers. The good old days, right?!
Thanks for getting back with me. I too remember when a night at a hotel while traveling to see family was awesome. How times have changed. It's good to be able to have these moments with our families though. If you are ever looking for a place in the states to take your family try the Marriott Beach Resort on Marco Island. We just went there for spring break and it was outstanding. Looking forward to hearing about your trip and what you thought of the properties.
