The one on the insiders page that just recently started? It normally takes up to 4-6wks to get points credited to an account from promotional items. I'm sure they will be applied as promised but it does take some time to get through the red tape to make it happen.
I was as well at two different hotels in the past year where I completed questionnaires and was promised 2500 points each time. I also never received the points and it has been way longer than 6 weeks.
I suspect we may be talking about two different things here. 1 - There is currently a Insiders survey that promises 2500 points for completion. These points will be deposited 4-6 weeks after the survey closes. 2 - We may occasionally be offered points for filling out a survey by individual properties. You should see those points almost immediately since I believe it's a matter of the hotel personnel receiving your survey and crediting your account. I would say if you haven't seen them post within a week, contact the hotel management.
