kellyc, There is some variability in the amount of time it takes to see points posted to your online account, partly due to the hotel's location. The Marriott Rewards program Terms & Conditions state that “Members should allow approximately six to eight weeks for the stay to be credited to individual Membership Accounts.” Generally for U.S. travel, credit is posted to accounts within just a few days, however sometimes for stays outside of the U.S. there is a longer wait period. Yes, I would recommend you call customer support. I had a problem last summer, sent an e-mail to no avail, and then with one phone call had the issue resolved. However, I was asked to fax the hotel receipt.
