Marriott Rewards - Pathetic Process

The process is quite pathetic. If the Marriott rewards number quoted at the time of booking is wrong, even if the person tells the correct number at the time of check in and check out, it is not considered, although the front staff promises to do so

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)

    Then keep all your receipts and call Marriott either then or as soon as you get home and you'll get the points credited. You can now also do it by email if you scan the document.
