I got the Chase Sapphire preferred card, which I love. You get double points for every kind of travel, not just certain ones, as well as double for dining, and one point for everything else. There are no foreign transaction fees. You get an annual bonus based on points, and when you book on their site, you get a very significant increase on the numbers of dollars you can use to book. Then you get double points for the booking.
My question is whether anyone has used this card to book a MR or other hotel stay and used their Marriott Rewards number? I ask this warily because I know when you book on most other sites, you don't get MR nights/points credit. Yet a credit card seems like a different kind of animal for this kind of thing.
