How about giving Platinum Premiers a 100% bonus rather than 50% when checking in and raising the 500 points at a full service to 1000?

May I raise the offer? ---- How about simply removing the asterics from T&C when using points? Guaranteed No Blackout Dates, best available room including suite upgrades, etc. Now that's something that would make me happy!
I agree w Pingreeman. Make it a meaningful award for a meaningful accomplishment. It is pretty much a lifetime commitment to Marriott to achieve the level and Marriott's award should reflect this.
