A call to the Platinum Premier one-stop number (In Omaha at the time I called, I discovered) solved a problem with my account and even got me a call back from a wonderful lade named Kerry there, to ensure that I was happy with the outcome.
This is the Spirit to Serve writ large and I am now content (I was before, but now am more so) with the solution and the speed of their response.
Good to hear. I have had much better luck with the Platinum line (no premiere here, unfortunately) than the general line. Although even with the Platinum line, I have been transferred between reservations and the rewards desk for various reasons.
Is the one-stop number truly a one person experience? Must be nice.
