I am near the end of my stay at the Toronto Bloor Yorkville, but it is an outstanding hotel. For a ridiculously low price (127CAD) I was given one of the largest suites I've ever had. Huge entranceway, desk/TV area and living room in one room, a large bedroom and bath in the other with a WALK-IN CLOSET (a first). As you can see I clearly didn't bring enough clothing!
The hotel is very centrally located and the food in the restaurant is delicious. The first night I arrived the concierge lounge was just closing (at 10pm) so I added the two diet cokes to my arrival gift (half bottle of wine, brie cheese and crackers). Likewise, breakfast in the lounge the next day was excellent, and this hotel for one still puts a newspaper outside your door every day. Today, since the lounge is closed on weekends (the one downside) I had a free breakfast in the restaurant.
