"AYS" Time goes by

New complaint.  At one location in Palm Desert CA, pressing the AYS (At your service) button sends you direct to that dreaded voicemail (press one for...) and only after listening to the list are you sent to the resort operator.  When they answer they seem to be time challenged: "Good morning" is the greeting almost any time of the day. Asking to speak to the Concierge gets you in deeper trouble and the danger of being in that fifth circle of "Your call is very important to us..." voicemail purgatory.

What happened to an immediate pick up of the phone and a person who could actually answer a phone? That's my cranky story for today, and I am sticking with it.

So, what are you saying, Stepping?

At Your Service is not at your service?

Most definitely--the problem seems endemic here.
