Dont expect to be able to use the internet in this hotel. I had to call the evening I arrived and they finally "reset" something in the hotel after several calls. Then when I got up the next morning the internet was gone again. At that point I had to again make several calls and they finally had to come to my room to "reset" something. The manager offered me 2,500 points as compensation. I said that was not good enough so he finally talked to his "general manager" or so he said and decided to give me $30 discount. But also told me that he would still give me 2,500 points, which I never received.
Very poor service regarding the internet. My trip was delayed for over an hour because I had things I needed to get done before leaving there and could not accomplish that until they finally fixed the internet. Someone else in the hotel should have been trained to "fix" things rather than wait for the "engineer" to arrive.
