"Just curious. . .is construction at the property ongoing? Has the next phase of building begun yet?"
Good question. About 12 days after posting news of the grand opening, Marriott Vacation Club changed the ground rules and announced that MVC will discontinue selling weeks-based timeshare. MVC will discontinue "home resorts". Instead prospects purchase into a land trust. What impact these rules will have on development is anyone's guess.
