An email to the GM of the LV Renaissance brought a quick phone call that lasted nearly 20 minutes.  This within an hour of the email.  It was a full and frank discussion of our recent stay, and bottom line, all my questions were answered, and my compliments passed to those associates who were most helpful to us.

 

All in all an impressive display of service orientation on the part of this gentleman, and his hotel.
