Sad Story

This tale, a sad one, is a marked departure from George Clooney's role in the recent movie, "Up in the Air"

We normally think of using points and miles for fun and relaxation but in this man's case, it's for his survival.

"in this man's case, it's for his survival"

Last fall Oprah did a segment, Homeless to Harvard featuring a 17 year old girl who survived years of living in homeless shelters on skid row in southern California.  She spent alot of her time in the public library.  Against all odds, the homeless Kadisha Williams graduated from HS and was accepted on a full scholarship to Harvard University.  The striking parallel between 'Sad Story' and 'Homeless to Harvard' is the spirit of survivorship without which there can be no experience of triumph.   Thanks for posting that.
