Brand new! Tries hard to create a "W" feel in the lobby with a hip look and feel; but it falls flat after that. Price/value ratio was marginal and the "bistro" was untrained staff unwrapping the items and placing them in the microwave: expensive too! Another "Insider" shared the news that this is part of the Courtyard's new face. When you start pushing the $200 envelope and the staff is not trained for the professional demand then I will either go cheaper or more expensive.
