I stayed at the Napa Marriott on 12/09. On 12/12 I called Silver elite customer care to get my cash +points fixed because the hotel gave me the WRONG information.
I have spoken with 6 people at Marriott and NO ONE can do anything.
The GM Amanda Hawking at the property will not return my calls.

The CY Marriott at Logan Airport in Boston needs to train the NAPA folks.
