Just stayed at the Marriott Airport Houston Intercontinental property. Very disappointed with the physical property... the layout and buildings are awkward (you have to go outside to get to your room) and the room/furnishings are old. The a/c did not stop running for 3 days (freezing when it was already 30degrees outside!) and I called 6 times to have them fix it. Then the engineer came at 10:45pm and was there until after 11:30pm. Then it blew very hot air so room was excrutiating. Called again and it was never fixed. This was for $170 per night! The gym is great! Employees were very friendly. Restaurant breakfast buffet was $32 and very expensive. I'll skip this property next time as it's very far from my clients' offices.
