I have been going to the Grand Hotel for about five years now. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. The one thing that is consistant is the in-consistancy of the food.
Some times its mediocre and other times just plain bad. I made the mistake of taking my family there from Christmas day brunch. Cheap ingredients and empty serving trays abound. I felt totally ripped off at the prices charged. The food services manager needs to go to a good hotel and see how its done. I travel the US extensively and this is NOT how its done.
