Does anyone have an email for customer care? Does anyone have an email for any kind of support or even an enquiry at Marriott?
It beats me how anyone would want to hide themselves when they want business. I thought this was the information and communication age but we find ourselves expected to hang onto a busy phone line instead!
Any help would be appreciated.
Questions, email customer service is a key piece of the Marriott app. Scroll down the menu to the bottom left, click contact us, then click through your reason for writing, message etc. Alternatively, I find I get faster responses 24/7 through the 800 number 800-450-4442.

However I never use the telephone for important things like this since I want a written record of the conversation. On a telephone a person can say what they like with no redress.
Neither do I want to install yet another app that I don't want or need.
My normal policy these days is not to deal with any company that hides behind a website since when things go wrong it's hard to resolve issues. In this case I mde a mistake by doing something in a hurry and not checking. :-)

You can do so via Direct Message (in writing). carat, AndrewT or deannad would be happy to assist if you need it I will plug the Marriott app though, as it's incredibly helpful for managing reservations, tracking nights and points, and of course, giving quick access to "Insiders" information.
