After a horrible experience with another Marriott property in Indy (likely a franchised hotel) I checked out early and moved to the Fairfield a few blocks away. The booking said there was an extra 4k points and a TGIFridays gift card (the restaurant is adjacent to the property). I didn't get either and can't find my original confirmation to prove that is the rate I chose. I'm bummed that the front desk didn't mention either perk when I checked in.
Unless you are one of those who obsessivly delete emails, you should be able to search your old emails looking for the confirming email that was sent when you made the reservation. Assuming you made the reservation on line. More than once, being able to call up a confirmation on my phone has helped. Especially the cancellation and rebooking for the next night. Saved me the no-show fees and got me a room. Best of luck.
