I had booked room for this coming December by using MR point, but today I just cancelled my reservation to book another room due to my schedule was changed but I haven’t received the rewards points back (I'm quite sure that my cancel still be in cancellation deadline). I try to read in the insider and found almost people said that the point will return back immediately when cancel their booking but I'm not. Does anyone know how long dose the system take for return MR point back to account? Does anyone waiting longer than few days when cancel room booking?
Hi airen804. Typically the points will be automatically added back into your account after you've canceled the reservation.
