During my second stay at the Renaissance Portsmouth Waterfront Hotel, I used the concierge lounge pretty much every day. Normally breakfast for me was a quick bite then off to work, but in the evening my wife and I typically stopped in for some food and/or dessert. Every single day, the person working in the lounge ( Star ) did a great job. She welcome us every time, and let us know what was available - and when things were slow she would would engage in conversation, and answer questions we had. I saw her display this same professional and welcoming attitude with every single guest that came into the lounge.
