I am a long time LOYAL elite member. Had an issue with a discrepancy on a reservation made online @ Marriott Rewards...my email confirmation was different than the reservation I made. Have sent several emails to Customer Service and have not received any response. VERY disappointing. Any suggestions?

    My suggestions -

     

    1. Call the elite line.

    2. Ask a community manager here to help you.
