Who else has had awesome rewards customer service? I discovered Marriott Rewards Insiders a couple months ago and it is my preferred method for asking questions about my account and reading about others experiences. The Elite phone line is great and I have always been well taken care of, but it is so nice to be able to send a request for information off hours and have it responded to promptly. Thanks @carat for all your help!!!!! Share your experience, I hope simple thank you's and recognition to the Marriott employees that help us can mean a lot.

For myself, thankfully I do not have very many if any issues with Marriott Rewards so not much need to get the Insider Mod Team involved. I will have to ponder this question a bit to see if I can recall any help they've given me with my Rewards account.
