Broken graphics in emailed folios in Gmail

For the last few months, some of the html graphics in the emailed folios have been messed up.  There's a missing spacer file  that causes the folios to show broken graphics symbols.  The catch is it's only in Gmail.

In researching this, it appears to be related to Google's image proxy for Gmail.  If the Marriott.com webserver isn't configured properly, the Google image proxy can't get to certain files, so the show up as broken links.  I've attached a screenshot below - see all the little rectangles around the address blocks?

I'm posting here for 2 reasons:

- Hoping someone from Marriott can get the tech people to look into this.

- I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this.  I can't be the only one being driven crazy by the broken links and ugly folios!

Thanks.

(For each location tag, you will be guided through a 3-step process to add (1) a city and a state or a city and a country, (2) a Marriott brand, and (3) a Marriott hotel.)
