We also enjoyed the breakfast at the Marriott's Kuhio Grill. You are correct about the servers. While we were there (before Valentine's), the restaurant was in a banquet room as a temporary location, then moved outside under a huge tent for the week-end because the banquet room was being used. We loved it being outside. The food was good and plentiful. My only suggestion would be to add an additional omelet chef. There was always a long line for omelets.
