The Marriott St. Kitts was a beautiful, tranquil and relaxing resortHowever, it was the worse Marriott service anywhere we have experienced. The people stand around the bar, don't walk around and offer food or drinks. There are an abundance of staff members who just "stand" around. They are not friendly and not accomodating and give the impression that they really don't want to be there.
We were given misinformation by several staff members regarding the wine and cheese social and the Concierge offers little assistance.
Despite the beautful resort property and timeshare villas, we will not return due to the poor service or should we say "lack of service". Perhaps they should visit the resorts in Aruba to learn what "real" customer service and friendliness is all about.
We were very disappointed.
hello.we just returned from the st.kitts resort on jan.23/10. as you say the place itself is beautiful but the staff couldn't care less about us.i was told this is due to the 10% gratuity added to the bills.they have no motivation in being polite or giving good service.
we won't be back.

Can any one give my wife and I suggestion on what to do and what to see in St. Kitts? This is our first visit there and trying to make the most of my week there. If you have resturant suggestions that would also be appreciated.

I am going to the Marriott Frenchmans Reef Hotel on St. Thomas in July. I have been reading some horrific reviews on this property and hope they are not correct. Has anyone been here recently that can share their experience? Many thanks.
