When are nights reset for 2016?

When I sign in on the app it tells me I have 1 night (I stayed new years eve on points so I am shocked that that would count).  When I sign in on the website, it say I have 109 nights (the amount that I stayed last year).  At what point are rollover nights going to be calculated and updated? Is anyone else encountering this?

Expect it to take a couple weeks. At the beginning of last year, nights didn't reset on the website until January 17.

Hey annabjor! bejacob is correct. Last year they did not reset until mid-January. I reached out to our team about this, and they informed me that they currently do not have an exact date for when rollover nights will be calculated and displayed on the website.

Starting Nov 1, 2015 Marriott FINALLY started to issue Elite night credits for stays booked with points.

Whats the formula? Nights - Last Years Rollover Nights - Your Status?

    So last year I had 133 nights (43 rollover) -- so 133 - 43 - 75 = 15?

    -C

    Dont Panic, Captain Mainwaring!

It'll all work out, you see there has to be a delay in final reconciliations as some hotels take time to post the nights and points, so Marriott generally does the final reconciliations between 15-20 January. You'll know your rollover numbers then.

FYI, just checked my account. As of 1/10/2016, I'm showing zero nights. I'm expecting some rollover from 2015, so I hope the year-end reset is not quite complete yet.

UPDATE: Rollover nights are now showing up and (at least for me) they are correct.

Yep.  My counter reset this morning as well.  Interestingly, the mobile app counter reset several hours before the standard web page did.

Mine reset on my mobile app before it did on my online account.  Hopefully, the rollover nights will appear soon as I don't like seeing all those zeros!

Here is how it worked for me:

~January 10, transition from 2015 to 2016 completed.  81 nights for 2015 minus 75 nights for plat status minus 7 nights rolled from 2014 to 2015 equals 0 rollover nights for 2016 and my 2016 account balance is 0 nights.

~January 13, 6 bonus nights for MR Premier Visa usage credited to my account.  My 2016 account balance is 6 nights.

I am grateful that the 2015-16 transition occurred before the bonus nights were credited, otherwise my 2016 account balance would have been only 5 nights.  Indeed, my lifetime nights balance only increased by 80 nights since the 2014 to 2015 transition.
