Over the past several months, I've tried numerous times to sign up for United Rewards Plus through the Marriott site. Everything appears to enter correctly, but the status never posts on the United site. United says it's a Marriott issue and Marriott has been less than useless in helping. I missed the period where Plat Prem got something extra, despite my having gone online and called during that period. I'm actually on hold right now with a Marriott Rewards agent who has been about as helpful as a pebble in a garden. Rather than address the issue, he is telling me to do exactly what has been done previously. Can anyone suggest how I might get this corrected?
