I stayed at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott on business for a 7 week period. I would always check in Sunday night, and Synada was always there to greet me and check me in. In fact, I looked forward to walking into the hotel and seeing her at the front desk. I was only gold status during that time, but she made me feel like a Platinum Premier VIP. We ended becoming very good friends, and she would always find ways to surprise me and make my stay more enjoyable then the previous. She epitomizes the customer attention and service that makes Marriott Rewards the best loyalty program in the world. I have been to many other Marriott hotels this year for work, but no one has come close to how she made my stays the best ever at this hotel. I will never forget my experience at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, and it was all due to Synada N. In my humble opinion, she deserves not only this award, but a raise and promotion as well!
