I redeem some rewards point for a £10 Amazon e-code voucher over 6 weeks ago. I waited over 6 weeks and still have not received anything. I have sent out a couple of emails to customer services about the whereabouts of my order, and have received no response at all. I have even gone on the Marriot Rewards twitter page and sent them a message there and no response from there too. I feel I have no choice but to try and ask the question here in the hope someone from Marriot Rewards customer services can help and give me an update on my order.
