It can take up to 10 days for points to show up. Usually they are credited to your account within a couple days (add a day or two to cover the weekend). If after 10 days you still don't have the points, you can fill out a missing points request online. I prefer to call the customer service line as they tend to fix issues more quickly. You may be asked to provide a copy of your hotel bill.
Hopefully by midweek, your points will show up and you won't have to do anything.
