I'd like to nominate Deb at the RI Gravenhurst for Spirit to Serve. I've been staying at RI duing the winter season now for several years and from the moment I walk in the door, she greets me by name and a hug. It's like coming home to visit old friends. I know that Deb goes the extra mile to be sure I have room with a great view and a special treat of chocolate waiting for me on arrival. She is always helpful and goes the extra mile to take exceptional care of me and my group. I love coming to the RI and it's because of the management and staff! (And the rooms and view are pretty spectacular as well).
