FYI, this is an excellent property. Exceptionally clean, well maintained and with very a personable and professional staff. Upon check-in, Melissa at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and took the extra time to help orient us out-of-towners.When we went for breakfast, Brenda was extremely efficient and pleasant as she managed all of the customers. Then, when we inquired about some local dining options for seafood, we got a glimpse as to why this property was so truly exceptional. The manager, Nicolas, personally researched restaurants with our exact request, printed info for us and offered helpful advice. As a lifetime/plat/prem/elite, I've stayed in a few Courtyards. This one is truly exceptional.
This is great stuff! So thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful stay in SF. I love the bay area, although I haven't spent as much time there as I would like to.
With regard to the individual team members that you reference, did you know that you can nominate those folks for our Spirit to Serve award? This is a great way to get them some well-deserved recognition!
I am glad you had the same experience I had a couple of years ago. I have stayed there a number of times but not for the last 2 years. Hotel was spotless, staff also suggested dining options close by and I seem to recall you can walk, run along a path on the water too. Keep up the good work.
