I need help, my wife is going on a girls trip to a spa/resort in Feb. 2010.  This is since I am Running with the Bulls in July.  So she is using my points.  Can someone give me feedback on the following locations:

Frenchman's Reef and Morningstar Resort

Aruba Marriott and Casino

Grand Cayman Resort

St Kitt's Resort and Casino

Keep in mind this is for 4 women in thier late 30's looking to get away and enoy the beach and spa.

Thanks insiders!

I've been to Aruba and St Thomas. The Aruba property was recently renovated and is part of a complex that includes two vacation club propeties. The property, combined with the local people make Aruba my top choice. The natives are unlike any island people you have ever met. Friendly, proud and helpful. Everyone of them will ask you when you are coming back and why haven't you visited before. The St Tomas property is a bit run down but does have the Morningstar Beach property next door which is very nice. If there are four ladies, I think they will find the shopping on Aruba great and should feel very safe traveling the island unescorted. Not true of St Thomas. They have some nasty rasta's.
