Hello! We will be traveling to Paris soon, and I was wondering if any of you who have stayed at the Marriott C-E received an e-mail from the virtual concierge prior to arrival. It seems to me that some places have this great service and some don't Any information would be helpful. Thanks!!!
Not sure about an email address but you can access the website via
Basically insert the hotel code for /pardt/ and you can find all kinds of stuff for your next stay (if the hotel participates)
We spent two nights at the Renaissance close to the Arch de triumph and then two at the Champs de le sais Marriott. Both were great- service and location. The first is much quieter than the last. Once we made reservations we recieved an e mail from the concierge to make any special arrangements that we needed- like reservations etc...
Also- take the air france bus from airport- great price and service-
I just stayed there 3 weeks ago. Unless you paid for the hotel already I would highly recommend a different Marriott. That hotel was a huge disappointment. The only good thing about it is the location but the location for the Renaissance Vendome is just as good, right by the Louve. Hotel is extremely noisy, no concierge lounge, 39 euro per person for breakfast unless your gold or platinum (which I am) and I think it was 15 euro per day for internet. It is a typical USA business hotel in a good location. If you get a room on the CE (which I did) there is noise all night long from the Sephora store and the nightclub next door that empties on the street between 2am and 4am. It is a really overrated hotel. I stay at Marriott's 150 nights a year and would highly recommend the Renaissance Vendome instead but it's your choice.
